Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning is software used by companies to manage their business activities. Companies generally use ERP software to support work and make it easier for superiors to monitor employees and make it easier for employees themselves to get personal and company information quickly and accurately. PT. Disway Rumah Berita is a company engaged in the media. During this time PT. Disway Rumah Berita uses only printed files, not system saved. So to find employee data takes a long time and the risk of losing files. The system development method uses Rapid Application Development (RAD), modeling uses Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System testing technique using black box testing. This research produces an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) website that can process employee data, employee files, salaries, meals, attendance, inventory, leave requests, cash receipts submissions, purchase submissions, and employee appraisals.
