Abstract

The aim of this study is to test and anallze the influence of motivation, dicipline and compensation on work productirity ofemployee at PT. Surabaya Media Televisi (SBO TV). The ammount sample this study is 82 respondent included all employee at 5ottom level (stafl), middle level manager, ard top level manager or dircctor. Taking over tehnical sample in this study have a census method, is sample are all off person populatiql which ammount 82 employee. This resea.ch use software data processing SPSS l6 versior. Relations between variables in this research p.oduce three hyphotesis with significant influence. Results ofthis study are expected to be able give contribution to Human Resources Departement and to Praticai Management. Relation testing between compensation variables and work productivity has the dominance significance. The relation test between motivation variable have little significant level. It's also trial dicipline variable have middle significant level. This study is expected to be able used as reference for further study or research particulary related to the variables of motivation, dicipline, compensation, and work productivity
