Abstract
For the performance of the company's employees is an important aspect for the betterment ofthe company. One way to achieve high performance is to motivate employees, because employees need the motivalion of companies to enable the alignment between the desires and expectations of employees with corporate objectives. On the other hand should also irxtill disciplile employees working on them each the work discipline means that employees work well with full awareness and full resporsibility- It also needs to be able to manage the behavior themselves, committed to the organization, build self competence, discipline and responsible to the company.
