Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health and Reward significantly and partially influential on the Employee Performance of CV. Dwi Jaya Alumunium Sidoarjo, as well as to find out among the variables of Environment, Occupational Safety and Health and Reward which have a dominant effect on CV Employee Performance. Dwi Jaya Aluminum Sidoarjo. Hypothesis testing is based on quantitative tests with statistical tools. Measurement of variables using type and likert scale by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all CV employees. Dwi Jaya Alumunium Sidoarjo with 150 members, the sampling technique uses random sampling that is all members of the population are taken randomly regardless of the strata in the population with a sample size of 60 members. The data analysis technique in the study used multiple linear regression. After conducting research and analysis it can be concluded that the variables of Environment, Safety and Health at Work and Reward have a dominant influence on Employee Performance of CV. Dwi Jaya Alumunium Sidoarjo, and variables that have a dominant influence on Employee Performance CV. Dwi Jaya Aluminum Sidoarjo is a Reward variable.
