Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the training, motivation and competence of employees at DeLovely Surabaya. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire collection and carried out at 62 beauty clinic employees in Surabaya. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique used was census method and data testing technique used in this study using validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Multiple linear regression analysis to prove and analyze the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show training, motivation and positive competencies towards employee productivity. In this study conducted at the deLovely beauty clinic in Surabaya showed the dominant competency variable on employee productivity
