Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know whether the punishment variable, reward and rolling employees are simultaneously and partially influential to the employee's work discipline at PT. Dua Kelinci. The population in this research is a permanent employee of PT. Dua Kelinci 100 people, with a sample of 80 respondents. To know the influence of variable punishment, reward, and rolling employees against employee work discipline variables used multiple linear regression tests. From the description and the results of the study can be concluded as follows: from the results of the study can conclude that the variables Punishment (X1), Reward (X2), and Rolling (X3) jointly have a significant influence on the discipline Work (Y). Proven from the results of calculate of 29.521 with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level 0.05. Then it can be concluded Ho rejected and Hi received. From testing with the T test it is known that the free variables Punishment (X1), Reward (X2), and Rolling (X3) affect the working discipline (Y). This is evidenced by the test T that shows the value of significance smaller than 0.05 ie: obtained Thitung of the analysis result of multiple linear regression for the variable Punishment (X1) of 2.406 with significance 0048 obtained Thitung of the results Multiple linear regression analyses for the Reward variable (X2) of 2.042 with significance 0.045 obtained Thitung of the analysis result of multiple linear regression for the variable Rolling (X3) of 3,019 with the significance 0.003 of the calculation result A double, known linear regression that has the greatest regression coefficient value is from the variable coefficients of Rolling (X3) of 3.019 compared to other free variables. So that the Rolling (X3) variable is the dominant factor affecting the work discipline (Y)
