Abstract

Human resources is important element that must be considered the organization and companies in carrying out its activities. Various ways are done and developed, one of which is to improve employee performance. The aim of this research is to study the influence of organizational culture, Competence, and Work Motivation on teacher performance of SMK Budi Utomo Prambon in Sidoarjo. In this research, the research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is the teacher of SMK Budi Utomo Prambon in Sidoarjo as many as 52 respondents. Variables used in study are the dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y), as well as independent variables Organizational Culture (X1), Competence (X2), And Work Motivation (X3). From the results of the study showed that simultaneous testing obtained values Fcount (19,703) > Ftable (2,41). This means that organizational culture, Competence And Work Motivation variables simultaneously have a significaant effect on the performance of teachers in the SMK Budi Utomo Prambon in Sidoarjo. For the results of the study showed that partial testing for Organizational Culture variables obtained values tcount (5,499) > ttable (1,677). Means that variable Organizational Culture partially has a significant effect on teacher performance. For the results of the study showed that partial testing for Competence variables obtained values tcount (-3,923) < ttable (1,677). Means that variable Competence partially has a negative significant effect on teacher performance. For the results of the study showed that partial testing for Work Motivation variables obtained values tcount (2,303)> ttable (1,677). Means that variable Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on teacher performance, which variable Organizational Culture dominant influence on Teacher Performance in school.
