Abstract
Human Resources is one of the most important factors in a company. Various ways are done and developed by organizations, one of which is to improve employee performance. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to examine the Training, Compensation and Communication on employee performance at the Regional Logistics Bureau of East Java Regional Division. The analysis technique used is the F test, the T test and the dominant variables. The test results obtained that Training (X1), Compensation (X2) and Communication (X3) have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance with sig F 0,000 and less than 0.05 and have a partial effect on the performance of each employee. Training Variables (X1) with t sig 0,000, Compensation Variables (X3) with t sig 0,000, Communication Variables (X3) with t sig 0,003 and less than 0,05. While the dominant results of the test are based on the value of standardized beta coefficients (β), each Training Variable (X1) 0.309, Compensation (X2) 0.465 and Communication (X3) 0.232. Then the Compensation variable (X2) has a dominant influence on the performance of the Bulog Regional Division of East Java employees.
