Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Influence of the Work Environment And Transformational Leadership On the Morale And Performance of Employees In the Regional Offices II BKN Surabaya East Java the Population of this research was conducted by using the sampling technique of the research is taken from the population by using the method the sample is saturated, meaning that all existing populations as a complement to the sample, so the sample used the same magnitude with the population of 43 employees. Path analysis and hypothesis test using t test. The results of this study show that work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance; work environment influential positive and significantly to the morale; morale has positive and significant effect on employee performance; transformational Leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance; Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on morale, and work environment have positive influence on the performance of employees through work spirit, and leadership trandormasional positive effect on the performance of employees through work spirit
