Abstract
ABSTRACT This research discusses the influence of Insentive, Job Environment, Education and Training toward Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance on Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman and Cipta Karya of East Java Province. The respondent being analyzed are 67 employee on Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman and Cipta Karya of East Java Province. The tool used for analyzing is the path analysis obtained through the software SPPS version 22. To Sum up, the result show that: Insentive, Job Environment, Education and Training have positive and significant influence toward Job Satisfaction; Insentive has negative but not significant influence toward Employee Performance; Job Environment has significant influence toward Employee Performance; Education and Training has positive but not significant influence toward Employee Performance; Job Satisfaction has positive and significant influence toward Employee Performance; Education and Training has dominant influence toward Job Satisfaction; and Job Satisfaction has dominant influence toward Employee Performance on Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman and Cipta Karya of East Java Province.
