Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic is one of the factors that can decrease and increase an employee's job commitment. This study is aimed to analyze the effects of job discipline and job conflict on the organizational commitment, mediated by job satisfaction. It also analysises the effect of job discipline on organizational commitment. It also analyzes the effect of job conflict on organizational commitment. This study took 120 employees with various levels at a tissue company. The data were analyzed using path analysis. It shows that job discipline and job conflict have a significant effect on employees’ satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Indirectly, job discipline and job conflict also have a significant effect on organizational commitment, each variable obtained path coefficient indicating an indirect effect. It can be concluded that job discipline, job conflict, and employee job satisfaction have an important role in organizational commitment
