Abstract
The Department of Religion does not have an employee appraisal information system, so that all employee assessment activities have not been well accommodated, such as employee data, job data, work unit data, performance appraisal data, and other data. Admin in appraising performance improvement performance also not yet accommodated well. System design is done by modeling language DFD (Data Flow Diagram) with system testing apply black-box testing with functional testing and error handling testing. While the programming language in use is PHP by using MySQL database and the final design results are generating. Employee Assessment Information System To Increase Position Department of Religion is very helpful because it simplifies the user in implementing employee appraisal.
