Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, trust and service quality on product purchasing decisions by e-commerce PT. Natural Nusantara Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by the Random Sampling method. Data was collected by means of online questionnaires using google documents and 88 respondents were taken. The statistical method uses the Validity and Reliability test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with hypothesis testing the F statistic test and the t statistic test. The results of this study indicate the F test that the value of word of mouth, trust and service quality simultaneously and significantly influences purchasing decisions. In the t-test of the Word of mouth, Trust and Service Quality variables partially and significantly affect product purchasing decisions by E-Commerce PT. Natural Nusantara Yogyakarta. Research results Dominantly Among Word of mouth, Trust and Service Quality which have a dominant influence on product purchasing decisions by E-Commerce PT.
