Abstract
Marriage is an important thing in human life, both for individuals and groups. By way of a legal marriage both according to the state and law. Even though at the beginning of marriage, the goal is to last forever until the end of life separates them, but humans cannot escape a problem, especially in the realm of marriage, namely uniting two different thoughts with the same goal is not an easy thing. Therefore, it is possible that the existence of a problem can cause a fight in a marriage, even to the stage of divorce. This study aims to answer the questions that become the formulation of the problem "how is the distribution of joint property according to the compilation of Islamic law" and "how is the judge's decision on the distribution of joint property in the decision number 517/Pdt/g/2021/PA.Sby" This research uses juridical research normative, the data collected is research on written legal norms by looking at the application of regulations or active law enforcement.
