Abstract
In the modern era like now computer is no longer used as a calculating tool, but can be used to do homework, office task, to personal work ranging from typing to editing video or photos. This is what makes the computer a very needed tool for humans. The problem that often happens in the computer is where one of the computer hardware has a problem, so many computer users directly bring their computer to the computer repair (service) without knowing the problem of their computer. The method of forward chaining is an inference method that does the reasoning of a problem to the solution. Stages that must be done is to find a set of data or facts, from the facts then searching for a conclusion that becomes the solution of the problems encountered. The system can be run if the user entered the category and the user performs the process of answering the question to get the diagnosis and its solution.
