Abstract
This research aimed to analyzed the application of accounting information systems in the service inpatient on RSUD dr.M Soewandhie Surabaya. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive study. The processed data is data obtained from unstructured interviews and observation that will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie Surabaya has implemented a computerized accounting information system, but inputting patient bills is still manual which causes input errors. This happens because there is a double duty, namely the chasier officer who doubles as an online registration officer. In the end, the accounting system that was running at RSUD dr.M. Soewandhie Surabaya could not be used to it’s full potential.
