Abstract
Mabokopi Coffee Shop is a business engaged in the Food and Baverage sector. The increasingly fierce competition in the coffee shop business causes an accounting information system to be needed to facilitate performance which will affect service quality. The quality of services provided will affect the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of the research conducted by the author is to find out about the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Service Quality at Mabokopi Coffee Shops in Surabaya. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population determined in this study is based on the customers or consumers who come to the Mabokopi Coffee Shop in Surabaya. The sampling method in this research is using purposive sampling method. The data collection technique that will be used by the researcher is using a questionnaire. From the results of the study, it shows that the Accounting Information System has a positive effect on service quality and there is an influence between the Accounting Information System variables on the Service Quality variable significantly.
