Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Intellectual Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Integrity on the Performance Quality of Tax Consultants in the Surabaya area. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and library data. The sample in this collection amounted to 90 tax consultants in Surabaya with purposive sampling and simple random sampling methods. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that partially intellectual and spiritual intelligence did not have a significant effect on the quality of the tax consultant's performance, emotional intelligence and integrity had a significant effect on the quality of the tax consultant's performance. Simultaneously intellectual intelligence, spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and integrity have a significant influence on the quality of tax consultant performance.
