Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of education, training, and work performance on employee performance at CV. Maju Mapan Tanjung Kedamean Gresik. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data obtained through interviews or research questionnaires. The respondents taken were 72 employees. From the research results it is known that the variables of Education, Training, and Work Performance partially or jointly have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The results of the analysis of Education (X1), Training (X2), and Work Performance (X3) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y), this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, with an F count of 4200.002. The variable that has the dominant effect is the training variable with a coefficient of 0.498, which is higher than the other coefficients.
