Abstract
Auto Meter Reading (AMR) is a new paradigm in terms of reading and copying the measured electricity consumption data by electronic meters equipped with communication module and automatically available by remote host AMR (Host) server so that data from electronic meters can be up to the AMR server, required transmission media. One industry that implements this is a company engaged in the field of flexible packaging & manufacturing of PT TRIAS SENTOSA, TBK. The Company has made efficiency and effectiveness by applying Power Monitoring system because it uses manual control and calculation system. Establishment of an AMR system to connect and create a power control system Power Monitoring System that can be used for wastage will be done immediately.This final project research using control method based on WinCC is software used is WinCCIS to visualize process and recovery of user graph. Information on performance of power monitoring system at PT.TRIAS SENTOSA, TBK menunrakan available data in electronic meter directly readable and downloaded by Remote Power Monitoring System server by using LAN communication system channel (Local Area Network) and can do energy energy which terkord by database without having to record manually . In this tool the parameters that are known are Kw, Kva, Kvar, Kwh, PF,THD and Hzterjadi difference between measurement and calculation is ± 5% in parameters Kw, Kva, Kvar. This proves that monitoring everyday needs to be done because of the generation of energy at the time of electricity usage everyday.
