Abstract
This study aims to determine the company's operational system and the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales function as well as changes in the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function at PT. Inktech Indahmulya every year. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research results show that the operational audit of PT. Inktech Indahmulya is still not optimal because there are still multiple positions in the sales, marketing, shipping and billing sections which result in less than optimal performance in that section. Meanwhile, the efficiency level of the company's sales function as a whole during 2019-2021 is in the efficient criteria and the level of effectiveness of the company's sales function during 2019-2021 has been very effective. There was no significant change in the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function during 2019-2021 because it was getting better every year even though there had been a decrease in the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function in 2020.
