Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of research variables on financial performance. The ratios used in this study are Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Capital Structure as independent variables while for the dependent variable in this study is Financial Performance. The population of this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method and 69 samples were obtained from 96 companies listed on the IDX. The data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be interpreted that the variables Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Capital Structure have a simultaneous effect on Financial Performance.
