Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset in the company because HR is the driving force in running the company. Human resources determine the quality of the company because to make a good business strategy in carrying out the company's business processes requires an ability to move quickly and precisely and requires innovative ideas. Just as the problem that is often faced by companies or institutions is that the company IS PT. Jawa Gas Indonesia has difficulty in determining applicants who meet the criteria for the engineering division, administrative division, marketing division. Of the many applicants available, the number is not comparable to the applicants who will be accepted so the HRD division takes a long time to select applicants. HRD manager wants the weight of the employee selection assessment not to rely too much on the results of the interview. One solution that can be used is to use a decision support system. The AHP-SAW method is one of the joining methods where the weighting of the criteria will be based on the level of importance of the Criteria with the calculation of AHP and also weighting new prospective employees using the weighting of the SAW calculation. In the second weighting The dominant criteria in influencing the results of the system are test scores and education due to weighting on ahp. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out, the average value and total of 5 experiments in 5 vacancies. The accuracy generated by the system has an accuracy value of 90% of 5 attempts on vacancies
