Abstract

Oma Estate is one of the coinciding housing developers in Surabaya. Lately it decreased dramatically from the previous day and so on, with almost 50 units of houses, the competition of housing as-based developers who build housing is Gresik-day price-faceted. The difference in house prices with competitors is very influential in sales. Price comparisons can be made by making observations from home developers. Prices carried by developers for each house vary according to the state of the house. In this era, you can use competing housing information developers in terms of price. Oma estate is confused when determining the selling price of housing units, so that prices are in line with the market prices of other housing. then a short problem is corrected with just any determination to determine the selling price. For this case Tsukamoto's fuzzy was used for resolution. The tsukamoto method has been widely applied to badang. The tsukamoto method, each rule is staged using a set of fuzzy sets. with a monotonous membership function. The Tsukamoto method is usually used for decision support systems, a flexible and easy-to-understand method helps companies make it easy to find short problem solutions
