Abstract
Efforts to realize the development of science and technology require adequate facilities and infrastructure to support such activities. To improve academic quality, a re-planning of the Geophysics Building structure at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) is carried out, considering the earthquake resistance design procedures for building structures using SNI 1726:2019 and the structural concrete requirements for buildings using SNI 2847:2019. Calculations using SAP2000 were obtained for the dimensions and reinforcement of secondary beam elements with dimensions of 30/45, support and field reinforcement of 3D16, support shear reinforcement of Ø13-150 and field Ø13-200, stairs and landings using a 12 cm thick slab, floor slabs and roof slabs using two-way slab types. For floor slabs, a thickness of 15 cm is used, with reinforcement in the x and y directions of Ø12-200. For roof slabs, a thickness of 12 cm is used, with reinforcement in the x and y directions of Ø12-250. Beam dimensions used are 60/90, B2 40/70, B3 25/45, and B4 35/60. Column dimensions are 80/80 and 50/50. Flexural reinforcement for column 80/80 uses 28D25 and for column 50/50 uses 16D22. Column shear reinforcement in the Lo region uses 4D16-150, and in the region after Lo uses 4D16-200. The foundation consists of 1 type with 6 piles, 25 m deep. The pile cap uses 6 piles with dimensions of 320 x 220 x 80 cm and uses D22-150 reinforcement. The footing dimensions are 30/45 with top and bottom reinforcement of 5D16. Shear reinforcement uses Ø10-150.
