Abstract

This study took the title of the influence of ISO 9001-2008 QMS, Total Quality Management and Work Environment Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. Mount Dream Indonesia in Gresik. The sample in this study of 175 respondents who are employees of the staff of PT. Mount dreams Gtesik the East Java Indonesia. Sampling technique in this study using population sampling techniques. The data were taken by using a questionnaire given to respondents. This study uses the method of calculating Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with a program of Moment Structure Analysis (AMOS). The relationship of these variables to five is causality. Model of the relationship between the variables studied SMM ISO 9001-2008 produce no significant positive effect on job satisfaction karyawa, while for Total Quality Management and the work environment positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Then for Total Quality Management is not a significant positive effect on the performance of the employee but for the variable ISo 2001• 2008 QMS and the work environment positive and significant impact on employee performance. Next uhntuk satisfaction kerj positive and significant effect on employee performance. For further research to be conducted a similar study is expected to take a sample with tenure, expanding not only in research at PT. Mount Dreams Indonesia, but in some places that are relevant to this study.
