Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the impact of occupational health and safety, work environment, and discipline of employee work productivity PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo. Data collection is done using a case study method where data is obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires in 67 respondents. While the population and samples in this study are employees of PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo. This data retrieval technique uses probability sampling of data obtained by the validity test, reusability test, double linear test, F test and T test to prove and analyze the research hypothesis. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the occupational health and safety, environment, and discipline jointly (simultaneously) and (partially) significantly affect the employees ' work productivity of PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo. Sedation of disciplinary variables is the dominant factor that suppresses employees in the productivity of employees ' work of PT. Suntory Garuda Beverage Sidoarjo.
