Abstract

The Kali Gandong Bridge is a new bridge that passes through the Gandong River. This bridge is very important as one of the links between the access road of Bandungrejo Bojonegoro Village towards the city of Cepu.This bridge has a span length of 60 m, a height of 6.3 m and a width of 5 m divided into one lane in one direction. The regulation of loading this bridge refers to SNI T-02-2005, and the upper structure planning refers to SNI T-03-2005, BMS 1992, and AISC-LRFD. Whereas concrete planning refers to RSNI T-12-2004. Analysis of the structure of the bridge uses the StaadPro V8i program tool, and uses a 3-dimensional model with a support joint - roll. The result of structural analysis is that the main frame uses a profile WF-400x400x22x24, transverse girder uses a profile WF-750x400x12x19, a longitudinal profile WF-500x250x12x19, diagonal WF- 400x400x12x19, and wind ties using a 2L-100x100x10 profile. Connections use ASTM A325 high quality bolts. The Ubutment uses an inverted T type with a 7.5 m length of 6.6 m and a height of 6.72 m. Ubutment fc ’: 35 Mpa quality, quality of reinforced steel: 343 Mpa, pile using bored pile for its foundation. The amount of bored pile used in the treatment was 15 piles, with Ø 600 mm and 18 meters long. For further planning, it is recommended that planning data be obtained as accurately as possible and then become the basis for planning in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations, so that planning results can be justified.
