Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the Influence of the Work Environment And Transformational Leadership On the Morale And Performance :: Employees In the Regional Offices II BKN Surabaya East Java the Population of the research was conducted by using the sampling technique of the research is taken m:m the population by using the method the sample is saturated, meaning that all ousting populations as a complement to the sample, so the sample used the same magnitude with the population of 43 employees. Path analysis and hypothesis test _img t test. The results of this study show that work environment has positive and f mm:leant effect on employee performance; work environment influential positive and rmmtkantly to the morale; morale has positive and significant effect on employee rerfonnance; transformational Leadership has positive and significant effect on employee performance; Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on morale, and work environment have positive influence on the performance of employees through work spirit, and leadership trandormasional positive effect on the m -:> finance of employees through work spirit.
