Abstract
The high level of one's education is not in line with corruption. Corruptors are often characterized by criminals who wear a tie that is almost entirely a graduate student from a college. I formulated two problems, first: How does the college have a role in preventing corrupt behavior? Second, what things do universities do when their alma mater is proven to commit a criminal act of corruption? The purpose of the research is to answer two formulation of the problem mentioned earlier. Qualitative is the method used with the legal sociology of law approach. The results show first that universities have a vital role in preventing corruption behavior such as lecturers collaboration to conduct teaching and learning process of law courses of corruption in every study program with its practicum. Second, the socialization of the lifting degree from strata one to professor is a punishment for convicted alumni in court. Discussion of research shows the pros and cons of college which directly affect the lecturer - students for the behavior of corruption in teaching and learning process and the importance of the removal of the title from the approach of legal sociology. In conclusion, corruption can be prevented academically through the role of university action by requiring law courses of corruption and socialization for the lifting of graduate degrees for those who are proven to be corrupt.
