Abstract
In the face of business competition a corporate organization is expected to work more efficiently and effectively. Increasingly tight competition causes the company is required to be able to improve competitiveness in order to maintain the company's survival. Companies are required to be able to optimize all resources owned, one of which is human resources, to improve human resources, the company needs to improve employee work satisfaction or workers who work within the organization company, The objectives to be achieved by researchers in this study is to reviewing, knowing and proving whether or not there is influence of work motivation, work discipline and work environment to job satisfaction of employees of Perum Percetakan Negara RI. The research method used is quantitative research, the measurement of variables using Likert scale type data by spreading the questionnaire, the population in this research is the employees of Perum Percetakan Negara RI as many as 36 people. The sampling technique is done by total sampling or also known as census sample, is sampling technique which is done by taking entire population. Sample criterion in this research is employees of Perum Percetakan Negara RI as many as 36 people. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that the simultaneous test (F test) found that the variables of work motivation, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In partial test (T test) it is known that work motivation variable, work discipline and work environment individually (partial) have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which in work discipline variable has influence dominant influence to job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results obtained with a value of 0.634, therefore the company should maintain job satisfaction by mengiatkan discipline of work because work discipline has a dominant influence in this study.
