Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Incentives And Leadership On Motivation And Employee Performance At The Center Of Industrial Development Of Indonesia In Sidoarjo. The population of this research is conducted by using sampling technique taken from the population by using saturated sampling method, it means that all the existing population in the sample, so that the sample used is the same as the population of 35 employees. Path analysis and hypothesis test using t test. The results of this study indicate that incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; leadership has a positive and significant impact on performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Incentives have a positive and significant impact on employee motivation; Leadership has a positive and significant impact on motivation, then incentives have a positive effect on employee performance through motivation, and leadership has a positive effect on employee performance through motivation. Thus, the role of motivation in employees is very high because the higher the incentive given to employees and higher leadership then the resulting employee performance is higher.
