Abstract

The purpose ofthis study was to look at the effect ofcompensation, organizational culture and work stress on performance through job satisfaction of employees of PT. Siantar TOP Tbk Sidoarjo. The population of this study is all employees of PT. Siantar Top, Tbk Sidoarjo, amounting to 720 people where 72 people were sampled by the incidental sampling method. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Whereas to analyze the data obtained, the path method ofthe SPSS program version 25 is used. The results ofthe study show that: 1) The effect ofcompensation on company performance is proven by the sig <0.05 value that is 0.042. 2) The influence of compensation on the company's performance with the proven value of sig <0.05 which is 0.002. 3) The influence of work stress on company performance with the proven value of sig <0.05 is 0,000. 4) The influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction with proven sig <0.05 which is 0,000. 5) There is no influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of company employees with a proven value of sig> 0.05 which is 0.111. 6) The influence of job stress on job satisfaction of company employees with a proven value of sig <0. 05 is 0. 026. 7) The influence of employee job satisfaction on the performance ofcompany employees with a proven value ofsig <0.05 which is 0,000.
