Abstract

Human resources are the spearhead of the company from the level of productivity of a company, if human resources have good quality then the company will also produce high productivity. The purpose of this study was to conduct an audit of the management of the human resource function at CV. Athaya Putra Surabaya. The method used is an operational audit which functions to evaluate the company's operational performance both as a whole and in parts in order to identify possible improvements and provide recommendations to management. The results showed that the condition of employee performance on CV. Athaya Putra Surabaya becomes ineffective and inefficient because there are still many weaknesses found in the company's operations
