Abstract
The role of induction motors in the industrial world is very important. In the process, many induction motors are turned on continuously which will cause some serious problems with the induction motor, including easy overheating, speed begins to decrease and the condition of the shaft that begins to sway because the bearing has been damaged. Of the many damage conditions that may occur, it will cause many serious things and can produce demanding effects from production and manufacturing processes. In overcoming this, it is very necessary to have motor condition data that can be studied as a reference to make a motorcycle maintenance plan regularly so that there is no problematic motorbike that will interfere with the course of a process. By looking at the existing problems, a monitoring system for the motorcycle is made that can be monitored at any time online. By utilizing the DS1820 temperature sensor, photoelectric for the tachometer and accelerometer MPU6050 for vibration reading. As well as an Internet of Think (IoT) system that is able to provide notifications and data to the motor maintenance team
