Abstract

Construction projects that occur often experience delays where the planned schedule does not match the realization in the field. Due to several factors that occur, even though careful planning has been carried out, in practice in the field there are still many problems in implementation. So the EVM (Earned Value Management) method was used to overcome this problem to determine the cost performance and implementation time during the project and several indicators used for analysis include : BCWP (Budget Cost of Work Performance), BCWS (Budget Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), SV (Schedule Varian), CV (Cost Varian), SPI (Schedule Performance Index), CPI (Cost Performance Index), dan Time Estimate. The aim of this research is to determine the cost and time performance in the implementation which took place from week 1 to week 17 of the construction project at Caruban Hospital using EVM (Earned Value Management). From the results of this research, it is known that implementation did not comply with the planned schedule. With costs incurred up to the 17th week amounting to Rp.,295,700,934.94, while cost performance up to the 17th week shows a CPI value <1, which means the project experiences waste and time performance up to the 17th week shows an SPI value <1, which means the project experiences delays with an actual weight percentage of 20.95%.
