Abstract
This study aims to find out about the influence of recruitment, compensation, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at PT. Tabassam Almakshum Tour and Travel. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out on 55 employees of PT. Tabassam Almakshum Tour and Travel. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS version 20. The sampling technique used was the census method and the data testing techniques used in this study included the validity test with factor analysis, the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. And multiple linear regression analysis to prove and analyze the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that recruitment, compensation, organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance. In this study conducted at PT. Tabassam Almakshum Tpur dan Travel shows that the compensation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance.
