Abstract

Human resources is one of the most important assets in a company. If the company wants to continue to grow and participate in the competition then the company must be able to improve the performance of its employees. The goal to be achieved in this research is to study about Teamwork, Workload and Communication on employee performance at PT. Bumi Wahyu kencana in Surabaya. The method used is descriptive quantitative research. The object in this study were employees of PT. Bumi Wahyu Kencana in Surabaya as many as 73 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using a hypothesis test F test and t test.. Variables used in this research is the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), as well as the independent variables consisted of Teamwork (X1), Workload (X2) and Communications (X3). The results showed that either simultaneously or in partial, Teamwork, Workload and Communications has a significant influence on employee performance, which Communication variables have a dominant influence on employee performance. Therefore, should improve incentive service in the company.
