Abstract

This study aims to know about the Influence of Career Development,Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture To Employee Performance PT.Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk Sepanjang. PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia,Tbk is a company that produces the largest animal feed in Indonesia. From various factors Employee Performance researchers chose Career Development,Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture because it felt that the three variables that represent the problems that are happening at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk Sepanjang. In this study the respondents are employees of PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk Sepanjang with a population of 100 people and 50 respondents from the population of researchers using it as a sample of research taken using the formula slovin. The data used in this research is the primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire To all Employees.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test, t test, and see the dominant influence with 10% significant level. The test results proved that variables Career Development, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture effect simultaneously and significantly with the results of multiple linear regression in the F test obtained Fcount of 786.668 Greater than Ftable 2.81 and the value of significance produced by 0.000 is much smaller than ɑ = (0,1), while significant partial influence through t test is obtained for each independent variable that is Career Development Variable (X1) is 6,478, Leadership Style (X2) 9,219, and Organizational Culture (X3) is 6,363 bigger of the ttable value of 1,67793, the independent variables Career Development, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture partially significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance while the variable Leadership style dominant influence Employee Performance PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, Tbk Sepanjang.
